Where this honestly stands
The integrations are built and tested, and they are not switchable yet. ImmobilienScout24 is implemented against their documented three-legged OAuth, but sandbox registration is blocked on ImmoScout's own signup, which we cannot resolve from our side. Our OpenImmo exporter is finished, and its two target portals are agency-gated on terms we declined. So this page is a waitlist, not a product page — and we would rather say that than take your money for a date we cannot promise.

We are not publishing a per-seat price for something we cannot switch on. When it is activatable you will get the price before you are asked for anything.
