Came for the data?
Every property portal on earth is national — so nobody has ever been able to ask what a home asks in Madrid versus Manchester versus Milwaukee, measured the same way, in the same week. We read the portals' own alert streams across many countries at once, and publish the comparison with its sample sizes and its method.
It is live, not an annual report — and the market it is most honest about is Germany. Its listings first mixed monthly rents with sale prices, so a clean-looking median described neither; we withheld it rather than publish a number that meant nothing. Then we built a floor that separates rentals from sales, and published Germany only once the figure was real. Every market still held back shows its reason on the page.

Fair questions
Do you sell my property for me?
No, and that is deliberate. We prepare the listing, tell you exactly where and how to publish it, and watch the market — you publish from your own account and you are the publisher of record. In most of Europe, representing a seller requires a locally licensed professional, and we would rather build software that is legal everywhere than a brokerage that is legal in one place.
Will you tell me what my property is worth, or negotiate for me?
No. We will show you what comparable properties are asking and coach you through your options, but we will never state a value, never say a number to your buyer, and never accept or reject on your behalf. That is the one line we do not cross at any level, in any market.
What does it cost?
Nothing to use the commission calculator or the price index, and nothing planned. The paid listing pack and the comparable-listings report were withdrawn 2026-09-11, along with the free AI tools that used to write and check listings.
