Refunds and cancellation
The short version: you pay after it works, and if we cannot get you live, you do not pay.
In force from 9 August 2026.
When you are charged
The sell-or-rent-out pack is a one-time fee per property: €9 in Germany, 39 zł in Poland. Other markets are not priced yet.
You are charged only after your listing has been published and we have verified it is actually live. If you never publish, you are never charged. That is not a refund policy bolted on afterwards — it is when the charge happens at all.
The comparable-listings report
A separate one-time fee per report — $10 / £8 / €9 / ₪38 for the United States, the United Kingdom and Spain respectively, each charged in that market’s own currency. It is not sold for markets we do not publish.
You are charged only once the report has been generated and sent to you. If it cannot be produced, no charge is taken — the authorisation simply expires and nothing is collected.
And if we cannot produce a single one of the comparisons you asked for from that market's data, you are not charged at all. A page explaining what we could not tell you is not a delivery, however carefully it is worded.
What you are buying is the measurement: what listings comparable to yours are ASKING, with the number of listings behind every figure. You are not buying a valuation of your property, a suggested price, or a favourable answer. We will not tell you what to ask, before or after you pay.
What the fee includes, and for how long
Unlimited revisions for 90 days from the day you are charged. After that a refresh costs €49.
The revisions cover the preparation work — text, per-portal packs, photo order, document checklist, publishing guidance. They do not cover a different property; that is a new pack.
Your right of withdrawal — and the honest part
If you are a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason.
Here is the interaction that matters, stated plainly rather than buried. Our service is designed to be delivered immediately — that is the point of it. Under EU law, if you ask us to begin during the withdrawal period and you acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, then once we have fully performed it, the right is gone. If you ask us to begin and then withdraw part-way, you owe a proportionate amount for what was actually delivered.
We will ask for that request and that acknowledgement explicitly before we start, in a way you have to actively confirm. We will not treat a buried checkbox as consent, and we will not start early and argue about it later.
In practice this rarely bites, because of the order of events: we only charge you after your listing is live, which is after the work is done. If you want to think it over, do not ask us to start — nothing is charged while you wait.
If we cannot get your listing live
Then you are not charged. There is nothing to refund because nothing was taken.
If you were charged and the listing was not actually live, that is our error: tell us and we refund it in full, without argument.
What is refundable, and what is not
Refundable in full: a charge taken in error; a charge where the listing was not live; a charge taken without the fully-performed acknowledgement described above.
For the report: refundable in full if you were charged and no report reached you, or if you were charged when none of your requested comparisons could be produced. Not refundable once a report has been delivered and the figures were simply not the ones you hoped for — the measurement is what was sold, and an honest number you dislike is still the thing you bought.
Not refundable: the fee once the pack has been delivered and your listing is live and you simply changed your mind about selling — the work was done, and you keep it. Also not refundable: a portal later removing your listing for a reason on your side, such as missing documents or a breach of that portal's terms.
The free products — Listing Check and buyer alerts — cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. There is no paid tier for either and none is planned.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you used, saying what happened. No form, no phone tree. We answer, and if the refund is due we make it to the payment method you used.
You may also send a withdrawal or cancellation notice by post. Address: Sderot Keren Kayemet LeIsrael 99A, Tel Aviv 6939477, Israel. Telephone: +972 50 573 0625.
Any clear statement is enough — there is no required form of words and no form to fill in. Sending it before the 14 days are up is what counts, not when it arrives.
Payment is withdrawn, not paused
NOFEE no longer sells the listing pack or the comparable-listings report, as of 2026-09-11. There is no checkout and nothing to join a list for. If you paid before the withdrawal, your order and invoice are unaffected — write to [email protected] with your reference.
