What happens to your listing

We read one page, once, because you asked us to — and then we advise you. We never edit your listing, never republish it, never contact anyone, never store the listing text, and never build a dataset from it. It is the same thing that happens when you send that link to a friend and ask what they think.

We do not value your property. This tool never tells you what your home is worth and never suggests an asking price — that is a valuation, and it is not what this is. What it does tell you is whether your listing gives a buyer enough reasons to accept the price you are already asking.
