NOFEE › List my property

One form. A listing ready for every portal in your market.

Every portal has different limits — title length, description length, how many photos. Describe your property once and you get a version that already fits each one, plus the steps to publish it. You publish from your own account. Free, no signup.

We never ask for the exact address, your name or your phone number. Those go into the portal's own form, not ours.

Why we don't publish it for you

Because the moment we publish on your behalf, we stop being a tool and start being your representative — and in most countries that is a licensed activity with a commission attached. You publish, under your own name, from your own account. We never create accounts for you, never log in to a portal, never contact a buyer for you, and never accept terms in your name.

We do not set your price. This page never values your property and never tells you to ask more or less. You decide the number; we make sure the listing gives a buyer enough reasons to accept it.

Free and paid portals, labelled before you spend anything

Some portals are genuinely free for private sellers. Some are free with limits. Some charge, and a few refuse private listings entirely. Every portal we show you carries its real cost label and its actual terms — before you click, not after you have written the listing.

Already have a listing online?

Run it through the free Listing Check first. It scores the listing out of 100 and tells you what to fix — then brings you straight back here with the improved text already carried over.

Listing preparation is free and provided as general information — it is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not a property valuation. Last updated: August 2026. Home · Listing Check · Selling without an agent
