Waitlist: your email address, the property country (and, for Spain/Switzerland, a yes/no region answer), your chosen site language, the page you signed up from, an optional campaign tag from a link you clicked (e.g. ?ref=…), and the country your request came from. Purpose: to contact you about NOFEE in your market. Legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Kept until we have finished the launch communication or until you ask us to delete it.

Listing Check: we read the one page you paste or link, at your request, once. We do not store the listing, its text, its photos or its address — what we keep is the portal name, the country, the score, which analysis layer ran and the page language. The analysis itself is cached for 7 days under a hash of the listing text so that re-checking the same listing does not repeat the work; the cache holds our output, and it expires. Legal basis: performing the service you asked for, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Rate limiting: to stop abuse we count requests per visitor. The counter is keyed by a one-way, daily-salted hash of your IP address — the address itself is not written down and cannot be recovered from what we store, the hashes cannot be linked across days, and the counters are deleted after two days. This is our legitimate interest in keeping the service available, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Buyer alerts: when you set up an alert we allocate you a private address of the form buyer-…@nofee.realestate and you subscribe to portals' own notification emails with it. We store your search criteria, your contact email, and the listings we extract from the mail that arrives. The raw emails are kept for a maximum of 7 days and then hard-deleted by a daily job; they exist only so we can fix a parser that misread something. Delete your search and the private address is revoked immediately — it stops accepting mail rather than quietly continuing to receive it — and a daily job then erases the listings, sources and notifications belonging to it. Legal basis: performing the service you asked for, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Support chat: what you type is sent to Anthropic to generate an answer, and it is used to answer you — not to train a model. The same applies to Listing Check, which uses Anthropic for part of its analysis.

Visit measurement: we count page visits ourselves, in aggregate only — a daily counter per page, country and language. No cookies, no identifiers, no IP addresses, nothing traceable to a person or a device. Because no personal data is stored, no consent banner is required, and we do not use third-party analytics.

Who processes data for us: Cloudflare (hosting, the D1 database in the Western Europe region, and inbound email routing), Anthropic (the analysis and support models), and Resend (sending our outbound email). That is the whole list. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will act on it. You may also complain to a supervisory authority in your country.

Inserat-Check: Wir lesen auf Ihre Bitte hin die eine Seite, die Sie einfügen oder verlinken, ein einziges Mal. Wir speichern das Inserat nicht — weder Text noch Fotos noch Adresse. Gespeichert werden Portalname, Land, Punktzahl, die verwendete Analyseebene und die Sprache. Die Auswertung selbst wird 7 Tage unter einem Hash des Inseratstexts zwischengespeichert, damit eine erneute Prüfung desselben Inserats die Arbeit nicht wiederholt; der Zwischenspeicher enthält unser Ergebnis und läuft ab. Rechtsgrundlage: Erbringung der von Ihnen gewünschten Leistung, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

Missbrauchsbegrenzung: Zum Schutz vor Missbrauch zählen wir Anfragen je Besucher. Der Zähler wird über einen Einweg-Hash Ihrer IP-Adresse mit täglich wechselndem Zusatz gebildet — die Adresse selbst wird nicht gespeichert und ist aus dem Gespeicherten nicht rekonstruierbar, die Hashes lassen sich nicht über Tage hinweg verknüpfen, und die Zähler werden nach zwei Tagen gelöscht. Berechtigtes Interesse an der Verfügbarkeit des Dienstes, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Immobilien-Alerts: Beim Einrichten erhalten Sie eine private Adresse der Form buyer-…@nofee.realestate, mit der Sie die Benachrichtigungen der Portale abonnieren. Wir speichern Ihre Suchkriterien, Ihre Kontakt-E-Mail und die Inserate, die wir aus der eingehenden Post auslesen. Die Rohmails werden höchstens 7 Tage aufbewahrt und dann durch einen täglichen Lauf endgültig gelöscht; sie existieren nur, damit wir einen fehlerhaften Parser korrigieren können. Löschen Sie Ihre Suche, wird die private Adresse sofort widerrufen — sie nimmt keine Post mehr an, statt still weiter zu empfangen — und ein täglicher Lauf löscht anschließend die zugehörigen Inserate, Quellen und Benachrichtigungen. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

Support-Chat: Ihre Eingaben werden zur Erzeugung einer Antwort an Anthropic übermittelt und dienen der Beantwortung, nicht dem Training eines Modells. Gleiches gilt für den Inserat-Check, der für einen Teil der Analyse Anthropic nutzt.

Besuchsmessung: Wir zählen Seitenaufrufe selbst und ausschließlich aggregiert — ein Tageszähler je Seite, Land und Sprache. Keine Cookies, keine Kennungen, keine IP-Adressen, nichts auf eine Person oder ein Gerät Rückführbares. Da keine personenbezogenen Daten gespeichert werden, ist kein Cookie-Banner erforderlich; Analyse-Dienste Dritter setzen wir nicht ein.

Sprawdzenie ogłoszenia: na Twoją prośbę odczytujemy jedną wklejoną lub podlinkowaną stronę, jeden raz. Nie przechowujemy ogłoszenia — ani treści, ani zdjęć, ani adresu. Zapisujemy nazwę portalu, kraj, wynik, użytą warstwę analizy i język. Sama analiza jest buforowana przez 7 dni pod skrótem treści ogłoszenia, żeby ponowne sprawdzenie tego samego ogłoszenia nie powtarzało pracy; bufor zawiera nasz wynik i wygasa. Podstawa: wykonanie usługi, o którą prosiłeś, art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO.

Ograniczanie nadużyć: aby zapobiec nadużyciom, liczymy zapytania na odwiedzającego. Licznik jest kluczowany jednokierunkowym skrótem Twojego adresu IP z codziennie zmienianym dodatkiem — samego adresu nie zapisujemy i nie da się go odtworzyć z tego, co przechowujemy, skrótów nie da się powiązać między dniami, a liczniki usuwamy po dwóch dniach. Prawnie uzasadniony interes w utrzymaniu dostępności usługi, art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO.

Alerty dla kupujących: przy konfiguracji przydzielamy Ci prywatny adres w formie buyer-…@nofee.realestate, którym zapisujesz się na powiadomienia samych portali. Przechowujemy Twoje kryteria wyszukiwania, e-mail kontaktowy oraz ogłoszenia, które wyodrębniamy z nadchodzącej poczty. Surowe wiadomości przechowujemy maksymalnie 7 dni, po czym trwale usuwa je codzienne zadanie; istnieją wyłącznie po to, byśmy mogli poprawić parser, który coś źle odczytał. Po usunięciu wyszukiwania prywatny adres jest natychmiast unieważniany — przestaje przyjmować pocztę, zamiast po cichu odbierać dalej — a codzienne zadanie kasuje następnie powiązane ogłoszenia, źródła i powiadomienia. Podstawa: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO.

Czat wsparcia: to, co wpiszesz, jest wysyłane do Anthropic w celu wygenerowania odpowiedzi i służy udzieleniu Ci odpowiedzi, a nie trenowaniu modelu. To samo dotyczy sprawdzenia ogłoszenia, które w części analizy korzysta z Anthropic.

Pomiar odwiedzin: zliczamy odsłony samodzielnie i wyłącznie zbiorczo — dzienny licznik dla strony, kraju i języka. Bez cookies, bez identyfikatorów, bez adresów IP, bez niczego, co można powiązać z osobą lub urządzeniem. Ponieważ nie przechowujemy danych osobowych, baner zgody nie jest wymagany; nie używamy zewnętrznej analityki.
